Terms & Conditions
of the 8k8t Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "8k8t", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 8k8t online gambling platform accessible at 8k8t.asia and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the 8k8t platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the 8k8t platform, including the associated PHP wallet balance, bonus balance, and transaction history.
• "Games" means all gambling and gaming products offered on the 8k8t platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, sports betting, e-sports betting, and sabong.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, or other non-cash or conditional cash incentive issued by 8k8t to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus funds before the Bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 8k8t prior to withdrawal of funds and as a condition of ongoing account maintenance.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the primary currency used on the 8k8t platform.
• "Services" means the totality of the 8k8t platform, including the website, games, account management tools, customer support, promotional system, and payment processing.

By accessing the 8k8t platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 8k8t. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8k8t platform and close your Account.

Use of the 8k8t platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is a legal mandate under applicable Philippine gambling law. 8k8t strictly enforces the 21+ requirement and will verify age at registration and prior to any withdrawal.
• You must be legally entitled to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of any employee, director, or officer of 8k8t or its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from 8k8t or subject to any active exclusion order from the platform.

To use the 8k8t platform, you must register and create an Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Player. Each natural person may hold only one (1) active 8k8t Account. The creation or operation of more than one Account (whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, or device) is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for updating your Account information if it changes. 8k8t may verify any information you provide and suspend your Account if inaccuracies are detected.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify 8k8t immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization. 8k8t is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
4. KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal may be processed, 8k8t requires KYC verification. This process requires you to submit government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License) and proof of address. 8k8t may request additional documents at any time as required by applicable regulations.
5. Account Ownership. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise convey your Account to any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

The following rules govern all financial transactions on the 8k8t platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods. 8k8t currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC20), Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change without notice.
• Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is PHP 100. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your Account.
• Withdrawal Matching. Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, 8k8t may require additional verification before processing to an alternative method.
• Withdrawal Processing. 8k8t aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. These are target timeframes, not guaranteed processing times.
• Identity Verification for Withdrawals. 8k8t reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal being held pending verification.
• Currency. All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on 8k8t are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
• Deposit Source. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 8k8t Account are from a legitimate source and are not derived from criminal activity. 8k8t operates anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

8k8t offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

1. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and wagering requirements. These are published on the relevant promotion page within the 8k8t platform.
2. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
3. 8k8t reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. A Player may only claim a specific welcome bonus or new player promotion once. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will be closed and all balances forfeited.
5. 8k8t reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably believes the bonus has been claimed in a fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest manner, or in breach of these Terms.
6. Bonuses have expiry dates. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus wagering requirements not completed by the stated expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the Account.
7. 8k8t may impose maximum bet restrictions during bonus play. Bets placed in excess of the permitted maximum during an active bonus wagering period may not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in bonus cancellation.

All games available on the 8k8t platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, e-sports, and sabong — are governed by the following rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for software-based games, and by real physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) for live dealer games. All games are independently tested for fairness.
• In the event of a game malfunction — whether technical, software, or hardware-based — all affected bets are void and stakes are returned to the Player. 8k8t's determination of a malfunction is final.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific short-term outcomes for any individual Player.
• Sports betting and e-sports bet settlement is subject to the specific rules of each market as published within the 8k8t platform. 8k8t's settlement decisions are final subject to the corrections process described within the platform.
• 8k8t reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable cause to believe the bet was placed on the basis of information not publicly available at the time of wagering, or that the outcome of the underlying event was manipulated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8k8t platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement:

• Opening, maintaining, or operating more than one Account on 8k8t;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the 8k8t platform;
• Collusion with other players or dealers to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the 8k8t platform;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or display glitches to gain an advantage — any winnings obtained through known errors must be reported to 8k8t support and will be voided;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 8k8t platform;
• Charging back or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving the corresponding services from 8k8t;
• Allowing or enabling any person under 21 years of age to access or use your 8k8t Account.

8k8t reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance associated with that Account, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Player's financial institution;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or requirement of law enforcement;
• Discovery that the Account is held by or used by a person under 21 years of age;
• Reasonable request by the Player to self-exclude.

Where an Account is closed at the Player's request (other than for self-exclusion), any available balance will be returned after applicable verification checks, minus any applicable fees. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 8k8t reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

8k8t is committed to responsible gambling. We recognize that while the overwhelming majority of players enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. We take that seriously.

All content on the 8k8t platform — including but not limited to the 8k8t brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the property of 8k8t or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 8k8t platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any 8k8t content without prior written consent;
• Use any 8k8t trademark, trade name, or logo without written authorization;
• Frame or deep-link to any part of the 8k8t platform on any other website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8t's liability to any Player is limited as follows:

• 8k8t is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.
• 8k8t is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures, internet service outages, device failures, or any force majeure event beyond our reasonable control.
• 8k8t's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim is limited to the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 8k8t's negligence.

Gambling involves financial risk. Players accept that the outcome of gambling activities is uncertain and that losses are a possible result of participation. 8k8t is not liable for gambling losses incurred by any Player in the normal course of using the platform.

8k8t collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By creating an Account with 8k8t, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8k8t operates within the framework of applicable Philippine gambling regulations and maintains a PAGCOR-compliant operational context. Nothing in these Terms is intended to create liability beyond what is permitted under applicable Philippine law.

8k8t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8k8t will notify Players via one or more of the following methods: in-platform notification, email to the registered address, or notice on the 8k8t homepage.

The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 8k8t platform after any published change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you should close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
